Should real time reporting/ live -tweeting of court proceedings be permitted? Should reporting of oral observations of judges be allowed. Should accreditation be mandatory for reporting from courts?

These are some of the queries in the questionnaire released by the Committee constituted by Delhi High Court to streamline reporting from Court.

The Committee was constituted by Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal on June 23 with the object of balancing freedom of press and integrity of judicial proceedings. The Committee met on August 31 and formulated the questionnaire based on its deliberations.
