The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Principal Secretary (Home) on a plea challenging appointment of Alka Goel as Director (Prosecution) of the GNCTD.
