Delhi High Court drops ₹1 lakh fine on lawyer who sought media gag on reports about Arvind Kejriwal

The Delhi High Court on Monday dropped the cost of ₹1 lakh imposed on a lawyer who had filed a public interest litigation (PIL) petition seeking directions to restrain media channels from creating pressure and airing sensational headlines on unfounded claims of resignation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal [Shrikant Prasad v Govt of NCT of Delhi & Ors].
