Delhi High Court grants bail to former Religare CFO Krishnan Subramanian

Police had alleged that Subramanian along with main accused Shivinder Mohan Singh and Malvinder Mohan Singh, had full control over Religare and was crucial in disbursing loans to entities having no financial standing.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted bail to former Chief Financial Officer of Religare Finvest Limited (RFL), Krishnan Subramanian, in the alleged ₹2,300 crore corruption case in the Fortis-Religare Scam.
