On Thursday, the Delhi High Court launched its mobile application for the use of judges, lawyers, litigants and the general public.

The application, that provides access to all the e-services of the High Court, can be downloaded on both Android and IOS devices.

The lawyers can directly access the list of their cases and also generate the daily cause lists on it.

"The view cases tab provides direct access to cases filed by the advocate, as well as cases where a vakalatnama has been submitted. Under the view or add cases tab, an advocate can add cases for tracking purposes, including those which are not filed by him or her... The feature enables advocates to monitor ongoing matters, highlight important cases and review past orders and case histories," the High Court said.

For the judges, the app offers a dynamic dashboard displaying pending matters, cases instituted or disposed of during the month and matters reserved for judgement.
