Delhi High Court quashes defamation case against Arnab Goswami for calling lawyer who attacked Kanhaiya Kumar a goon
Kanhaiya Kumar was attacked by lawyer Vikram Singh Chauhan in Patiala House Court when he was produced in relation to alleged anti-national sloganeering in JNU.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday quashed the criminal defamation case filed against journalist Arnab Goswami for calling a lawyer who attacked Kanhaiya Kumar in the Patiala House Court a goon.
