Delhi High Court restrains unauthorised use of cricketer Shikhar Dhawan's image

Dhawan has moved the Court against DB Dixon Battery for continuing to use his image and brand value to advertise its products, despite the termination of an agreement between them.

The Delhi High Court today passed an interim order restraining DB Dixon Battery, a Telangana-based battery manufacturing company, from using images of Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan on its products and advertisements.
