Delhi High Court seeks CBI, ED response to Manish Sisodia bail pleas
Sisodia has been in custody since February 26, 2023; he was denied bail by the trial court for second time on April 30.
The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the petitions filed by former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia seeking bail in the Delhi excise policy case.
