Delhi High Court stays summons by Magistrate to Subramanian Swamy in defamation case by Tajinder Pal Bagga

Bagga has alleged that Swamy, who has over 10 million followers on Twitter, put out a “false and incorrect” tweet accusing him of being jailed after joining the BJP.

The Delhi High Court on Monday stayed the summons issued by a Magistrate court against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Sumbramanian Swamy in a defamation case filed by Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga [Dr Subramanian Swamy v Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga].
