The Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), established in November 2009, is an independent, transparent and professional institution that encourages and supports the growing demand for institutional arbitration. DIAC is now ready to unfold its wings in bringing together the global arbitration community by launching the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW)..DAW shall comprise panel discussions on wide-ranging topics in the field of arbitration along with opportunities to engage in specialist workshops, networking sessions, and a dip into the culture and history of Delhi. DAW will host leading international arbitral institutions, jurists, key representatives of prominent Indian and global law firms specializing in dispute resolution, and other stakeholders, to deliberate on key areas and contemporary issues pertaining to arbitration..DAW is being organized under the patronage of the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Vibhu Bakhru, Chairman of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
