Delhi mayor Shelly Oberoi moves Delhi High Court for political clearance to travel abroad for Asia Pacific Cities Summit

Oberoi has said that while IAS officer who is travelling with her has been cleared for travel, her file has been pending with the MEA since September 22.

Delhi mayor, Dr Shelly Oberoi has approached the Delhi High Court against the Central government's delay in deciding on the grant of political clearance to allow her to travel to Brisbane, Australia in order to attend the Asia Pacific Cities Summit 2023.
