DHCBA opposes Collegium proposal to transfer Justice Gaurang Kanth from Delhi High Court to Calcutta High Court; to abstain from work

The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) on Thursday unanimously resolved to abstain from work on July 17 in protest against the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium to transfer Justice Gaurang Kanth from Delhi High Court to Calcutta High Court.
