District Judiciary shall celebrate Independence Day and Republic Day in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh: Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal

To this effect, an order has been signed off by Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
