[COVID-19] Do not use saliva to affix court fee stamps: District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Delhi directs all

With a view to contain COVID-19 outbreak, the Office of District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Delhi has directed all parties concerned to not use saliva while affixing court fee stamps.
