False allegation of impotency during divorce case amounts to cruelty: Kerala High Court allows dissolution of marriage

Making unsubstantiated allegations of impotency or erectile dysfunction during matrimonial proceedings will constitute cruelty, the Kerala High Court recently ruled, allowing a plea by husband for dissolution of marriage.
