Sagar Associates, and BMR Legal. Has advised clients in various Capital Raising Transactions including Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issue, Qualified Institutions Placement, Preferential Allotments, Debt Restructurings, Takeover and other Securities Laws aspects, Private Equity Transactions, Public Mergers and Acquisitions, amongst others. He also holds expertise in banking restructuring and assignment transactions. He has also been awarded with Lex Falcon Award for his contribution in the legal industry in the year 2022 -23.
