Har Ghar Tiranga: Himachal Pradesh High Court issues circular requesting all to hoist National Flag at homes

The High Court said that the campaign 'Har Ghar Tiranga' has been approved by government to encourage every Indian citizen to hoist national flag at their homes from August 13 to 15.
