<p class="intro" style="text-align: justify;">JSA Partner <strong>Nitin Kala</strong> has left the firm and has joined a tech conglomerate <strong>Directi</strong>, as head legal and regulatory at their Dubai office.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Kala is joining as Vice President Legal & Regulatory at <a href="http://media.net/">Media.net</a>, a subsidiary of Directi, where he will be looking after the legal and regulatory functions globally.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Commenting on his decision to move in-house, JSA Joint Managing Partner <strong>Shivpriya Nanda</strong> said,</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>“We wish him the very best for this new phase in his professional life.”</em></p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">At JSA, Kala was part of the Regulatory & Policy group, specialising in telecommunications and media laws. He also regularly represented clients before TDSAT and various courts in India.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">He is dual qualified to practice in India and United Kingdom. He holds a Masters degree from King’s College London, University of London.</p>.<p style="text-align: justify;">Kala had joined JSA in 2010 from Fox Mandal Little.
