Judge’s seniority can't be affected by complaints that did not lead to disciplinary action: Chhattisgarh HC

The Court granted relief to a Chief Judicial Magistrate who challenged the denial of her original seniority after her promotion from Civil Judge (Junior Division) to Civil Judge (Senior Division) was deferred in 2014.
