Too much legalese in international commercial arbitration: Fali Nariman at launch of Tariq Khan book on arbitration

The book authored by Khan, who is Registrar of Hyderabad's International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, received rave initial reviews from the panelists at the event.

On November 19, Justice Hima Kohli released the book titled "Everything you need to know about arbitration in India" authored by Advocate Tariq Khan.

Eminent jurist Fali Nariman delivered a virtual address.

The event also witnessed Justice Anup Bhambhani and Gourab Banerji, Senior Advocate as the Guests of Honour.
