During his long tenure as a Judge and Chief Justice of the High Court, Justice Chandran has acquired significant experience in diverse fields of law," the Collegium had noted in its resolution recommending his elevation to the apex court. It had further considered his all-India seniority as well as the fact that Kerala High Court has no representation in the Supreme Court at present."Mr. Justice Chandran stands at Sl.
