Justice P Krishna Bhat moves Delhi High Court alleging he was prevented by bouncers from taking charge of Basketball Federation

Former Karnataka High Court judge Justice P Krishna Bhat who was appointed by the Delhi High Court as the administrator of Basketball Federation of India (BFI) to conduct its elections, has moved the High Court claiming that he was restrained from entering the BFI office by the erstwhile office bearers of the BFI (respondents) by deploying bouncers and security guards [The Administrator vs K Govindaraj].
