The Karnataka High Court on Thursday permitted Bhavani Revanna to visit Hassan and Mysuru districts over the next 15 days..Justice M Nagaprasanna temporarily relaxed one of the conditions imposed by the Court when she was granted anticipatory arrest bail in the kidnapping case linked to sexual abuse allegations against her son and suspended Janata Dal (Secular) leader Prajwal Revanna.The Court also said it will hear her application seeking complete exemption from such condition on January 9, 2025..On June 18 this year, another bench of the High Court had granted Bhavani Revanna anticipatory bail, provided that she cooperates with the investigation and did not enter the districts of Mysore and Hassan, where the crime allegedly took place.The bail order was subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court.
