Kerala HC issues notice to Maneka Gandhi after ‘Animal lover’s’ dogged persistence

Even as the Supreme Court is hearing a challenge to the Kerala dog culling matter, another related petition has been filed in the Kerala High Court. As first reported by LiveLaw, one Sebastian Mathew has challenged an order of the local Panchayat body revoking his permission to dispose of stray dogs in Kerala in a humane way.
