Kerala High Court directs Registry not to accept illegible documents with small font size
The Court warned that if filing scrutiny officers do not follow directions that were previously issued regarding acceptable font size, the Court would initiate disciplinary action against erring officers.
The Kerala High Court recently directed its Registry not to accept hard copies of any petitions or documents which are illegible or typed out in very small font size.
