Kerala High Court seeks response of Central government, State to PIL for compulsory registration of migrant workers

The plea said that enabling compulsory registration of migrant workers in the State would help to prevent incidents similar to the recent gruesome rape and murder of a 5-year-old girl from Aluva by a migrant laborer.
