Kerala High Court stays proceedings against 4 PAs of Rahul Gandhi booked for vandalising Gandhi's Wayanad office

The counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case against the PAs was filed as a counterblast to the another case filed against SFI activists who had vandalised Rahul Gandhi's office in Wayanad.

The Kerala High Court on Thursday stayed the criminal proceedings before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalpetta in the case registered against four personal assistants (PAs) of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a case filed against them for vandalizing a portrait of Mahatma Gandhi placed in Rahul Gandhis’s Wayanad Office in 2022.
