The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to entertain a petition seeking a direction to the Central government to facilitate the family of a Kerala woman sentenced to death for the murder of a Yemeni national, to enter into negotiations with the deceased's family for payment of blood money [Save Nimisha Priya International Action Council Through its Chairman v Union of India and Anr].
