"Contempt powers should not be used as weapon:" AAB writes to Chief Justice Oka to withdraw contempt proceedings against Bar Associations

The Advocates Association Bengaluru (AAB) has registered its strong protest and dissatisfaction after the Karnataka High Court initiated contempt proceedings against Bar Associations and its office bearers which boycotted court work.
