Actor Aditya Pancholi moves Bombay High Court seeking quashing of rape case

A bench of Justices Nitin Jamdar and NR Borkar issued notice to the State and the complainant asked the prosecution to inform the Court about the progress of the investigation and trial.

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday sought the response of the Maharashtra government on a plea by Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi seeking quashing of the rape case registered against him in 2019 based on the complaint of a top actress.
