An Allahabad High Court Bench recently declined to hear a matter further, citing the "mischievous" behaviour of an advocate appearing before it..A Division Bench of Justices Subhash Chand and Kaushal Jayendra Thaker, directed that the matter should be listed before another bench that could tolerate the lawyer's behaviour. ."List before any other Bench which can tolerate the mischievous behaviour of the advocate who is practising for the last 40 years", stated the order passed on September 6. .The order does not, however, divulge what behaviour prompted the Court to make the comment. .This Bench had dealt with this case at least once before, on August 31.
