Amazon moves Supreme Court against Delhi HC order staying arbitration with Future Group before Singapore tribunal

According to sources familiar with the development, the SLP by Amazon was filed on Saturday and is likely to be taken up for hearing this week.

Amazon has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court order which stayed the ongoing arbitration proceedings against Future Group related to 2019 deal between the two companies.
