Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh denied interim relief by Bombay High Court in plea for quashing CBI FIR

A Bench of Justices SS Shinde and Manish Pitale refused to pass any interim direction opining that the Court could not grant relief without hearing the respondents.

The Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to grant interim relief to former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the case registered against him by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the allegations of corruption and malpractices made against him by former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.
