Applications under Section 151 CPC for seeking court's legal opinion misconceived: Delhi HC

The Court remarked that one of the judges would be demitting office on 13th August, 2021 and the advocates were at liberty to approach him for advice then.

The Delhi High Court has clarified that application invoking Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for seeking a legal opinion of the Court are misconceived.
