"We are of the view that there is no necessity of holding enquiry into the complaint filed by the petitioner," the Court observed while dismissing the petition.

The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court dismissed a petition filed by a Nagpur lawyer seeking investigation into his complaint alleging that the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis and his associates had obtained pleadings from his mobile phone by using Israel Spyware Technology - Pegasus (Satish Uke v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.).
