[BREAKING] Bombay High Court rejects appeal by Sonu Sood seeking relief against BMC

Sood had challenged an order of the City Civil Court at Dindoshi rejecting his plea for interim relief against BMC from taking any action pursuant to their notice in relation to his Juhu residential property.

Bombay High Court on Thursday rejected the appeal and the interim applications therein filed by Bollywood actor Sonu Sood against a trial court order refusing to grant him protection from possible coercive action by the Brihanmumbaimumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
