Bombay High Court stays Eknath Shinde government's decision to suspend project initiated by Uddhav Thackeray government

The Bombay High Court earlier this week stayed the implementation of two orders passed by the Eknath Shinde led State government suspending work relating to a development project initiated by the former government led by Uddhav Thackeray [Belewadi Village Panchayat v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.].
