Calcutta HC asks state authorities to file report on adherence to guidelines issued by WHO and ICMR for tackling COVID-19

The High Court has directed the state to respond to the specific grievance by way of a report on the next date of hearing.

The Calcutta High Court yesterday took cognizance of the fact that. guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for tackling the COVID-19 outbreak were not being adhered to by the State of West Bengal.
