A Division Bench of the Delhi High Court recently dismissed an appeal challenging the appointment of Prof Sanjay Dwivedi as Director General (DG) of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) [Dr Ashutosh Mishra v. Indian Institute of Mass Communication & Ors].
