Centre notifies Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021
The Rules prescribe the qualifications required for appointment as members and chairperson of various tribunals, their salaries, allowances, procedure for resignation, leave, pension etc.
The Union Finance Ministry has notified the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 laying down conditions of service of chairperson and members of various tribunals.
