Collegium recommends transfer of Justice Chandra Dhari Singh from Delhi High Court to Allahabad High Court
A resolution to this effect was passed by the Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna and also comprising Justices BR Gavai and Surya Kant.
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of the Delhi High Court judge Justice Chandra Dhari Singh to the Allahabad High Court, his parent High Court.
