The Bombay High Court on Tuesday permitted Congress MLC Ashok aka Bhai Jagtap to withdraw his plea seeking directions to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and State government to grant permission to hold a rally at Shivaji Park, Mumbai.
