Congress MLC Ashok Jagtap withdraws petition in Bombay High Court seeking permission to hold Rahul Gandhi rally

Jagtap had moved the High Court seeking directions to BMC and State authorities to give permission to conduct a rally at Shivaji Park on the 137th foundation day of Congress party.

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday permitted Congress MLC Ashok aka Bhai Jagtap to withdraw his plea seeking directions to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and State government to grant permission to hold a rally at Shivaji Park, Mumbai.
