Defamation case by Manish Sisodia: Supreme Court dismisses plea by BJP's Manoj Tiwari against summons, allows plea by Vijender Gupta

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an appeal filed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manoj Tiwari challenging an order of the Delhi High Court refusing to quash summons issued against him by a trial court in a criminal defamation case by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
