Delay cannot be condoned as per Limitation Act if Special Act prescribes different limitation period: Kerala High Court

The Court found that Section 5 of the Limitation Act cannot be invoked to extend the maximum limitation period applicable under the Gratuity Act i.e. 60 + 60 days.
