Delhi being turned into liquor capital: Ashwini Upadhyay approaches Delhi High Court for ban on alcohol, drugs

The plea said that with the Delhi government's new liquor policy, there will be a three-fold rise in the number of liquor stores in the city that offends rule of law as well as the right to health.
