[Delhi Excise Policy] AAP's Vijay Nair, businessman Abhishek Boinpally granted bail in CBI case

However, the duo will continue to remain in jail as they were arrested by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) this morning in relation to the same case.

The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi on Monday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) communications in-charge Vijay Nair and businessman Abhishek Boinpally in the case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy of 2021-22.
