Delhi HC asks Centre, WhatsApp to respond to plea by Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala challenging suspension of his account
Aggarwala has claimed that his WhatsApp account was abruptly suspended without notice, leaving him no opportunity to retrieve his legal briefs and other sensitive information.
The Delhi High Court has sought the response of the Central government and WhatsApp to a petition filed by former Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President and Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala challenging the suspension of his WhatsApp account.
