"Serious gaps": Delhi High Court acquits man serving life term in prison for decade-old murder, dacoity

A man serving life term imprisonment in a case of murder and robbery that took place 12 years ago, was acquitted by the Delhi High Court on the ground of “serous gaps” in the case of the prosecution [Sandeep v. State].
