Delhi High Court directs CBSE to decide on refund of fee for cancelled board exams

"The substratum of fees you charged is gone since exams are canceled", the Court remarked as it directed CBSE to consider a representation made by a parent seeking the refund of fees paid for the class 12 exam.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) to decide on the question of whether fee paid for board exams should be refunded in view of the cancellation of these exams amid the COVID-19 pandemic (Deepa Joseph v. CBSE).
