Delhi High Court closes proceedings against Satyendar Jain under Benami Act
Jain had filed the petition in 2017 stating that these alleged transactions took place between 2011 to March 2016 and, therefore, the amendment to the law which came into effect after that, would not apply.
The Delhi High Court on Monday closed all proceedings against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Satyendar Jain under the Benami Transaction (Prohibition) Act.
